The Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) of Liberia is established by law to have seven (7) Commissioners. This consists of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson (selected from among the commissioners)
The seven commissioners are appointed by the President of Liberia with the consent of the Liberian Senate, following recommendations from an independent panel established under the INCHR Act.
The INCHR is governed by the Board of Commissioners, while the day-to-day administration is managed by the Secretariat, headed by the Executive Director.
If you believe your human rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) in Liberia. The Commission receives complaints from individuals, groups, and organizations and investigates matters that fall within its mandate.

The Independent National Commission on Human Rights is the apex human rights institution in Liberia, mandated to protect and promote the rights of all persons.
